We have a variety of classes at our ladies only Personal Training studio which are running each week to help you reach your fitness goals.
You can use your credits to book onto any class you want too.
Credits must be used within 30 days.
If you cancel a class within an hour of the start time you will lose your credit.
If you cancel a class within 24 hours of the start time you will lose your credit
Yoga & Sound Bowls & Yoga & Meditation with Sarah are £12 so will take 12 credits. These classes are 90 minutes long.
You do not need to be a gym member to book classes You have 10 incredible classes a week to choose from.
