As well as the gym we offer a huge range of classes, bootcamp options and personal training. It’s a beautiful friendly gym where we want to lift, connect grow and learn to fall in love with fitness and ourselves.

Sian is a Personal Trainer and runs a variety of classes at the gym. She’s down to earth, brilliant at what she does and will push you out your comfort zone and into greatness! She is also qualified Sports Massage Therapist so can you help you recover from her tough classes!x
Kate is our admin angel and your point of call for memberships, our class schedule and clothing orders and anything inbetween. Kate knows everything and keeps us organised! She’s the friendly beautiful face you see on reception and is more than happy to help with anything you need in the gym and with classes X
Sophie is our gorgeous Yoga Teacher specialising in Yin, Restorative, Sound Bowls, Meditation and Yoga Flow. She is a beautiful soul inside and out and her classes are wonderful! We run these monthly so make sure you don’t miss it when she’s at the studio. Disclaimer - you may fall asleep! It’s so relaxing and perfect end to hard month of training!x
Becky is our wonderful Bounce Instructor and you guys love her! Absolute party workout and a tough session she’ll guide you through her trampoline workout, you’ll have the most FUN so if you haven’t tried one of her classes yet - what are you waiting for?? She’s tiny but mighty!
Heather is a Personal Trainer and runs a variety of classes at the gym, she pulls no punches. She’ll get you lifting weights and loving it! Try one of her classes and you’ll be back for more! Always got fabulous hair and beaut smile while she’s shouting at you to lift haha!x
Haylee is the energy you need in your life. Whatever kinda day you’re having you’re going to leave feeling 1000x better after one of her classes. Haylee runs a variety of classes at the gym. She’s crazy but amazing and will put you through your paces!x
Chloe Personal trainer/ class instructor - Chloe is a recent member of the team and will be bringing new classes to the gym as well as being available for 121 and group training.

Credits must be used within 30 days.
If you cancel a class within an hour of the start time you will lose your credit.
If you cancel before your credit will be refunded to your account to use for another time/class.
