Please check your delivery carefully. Our policy lasts 14 working days from the day you receive your order. If 14 days have passed we cannot issue an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds, items can be exchanged for a different size only.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied, and accept exchanges if you require a different size of the product you’ve ordered. You will need to either pop into the gym or send us an email at sarahjaynefitness01@gmail.com where further details can be discussed and arrangements made.
SHIPPING
If you need to send us your order back in order to exchange for an alternate size, you should mail your product to Unit 13 & 14 Sarah Jayne Mind & Body Studio, Dunster Road, B37 7UU.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless otherwise agreed with Sarah Jayne Fitness in advance. Shipping costs are refundable only when agreed by Sarah Jayne Fitness in advance.
